One of the Urologists just took on an Admin role, so he has scaled back his clinical practice to about 30% while the other is nearing retirement, not to mention the next closest Urologist in the community next door recently passed away.

Practice:
•Bread and Butter Urology Opportunity
• $450,000 Guaranteed Base plus RVU
•$35,000 Signing Bonus
•Paid relocation
•6 Weeks of PTO
• Call is 1:3 - Currently 1 week at a time
