A hospital in Indiana needs a psychiatrist who is able to provide three months of locum tenens coverage. This position will have the locum provide inpatient coverage where the locum will see 4 - 6 admissions/discharges per day in addition to providing general psychiatric care. On the job the locum will see both general psychiatric patients and individuals who are struggling with substance abuse issues. This position carries a full-time commitment where the locum will work 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday with no call coverage required. This facility prefers to consider candidates who are board certified.
