Incumbent will provide supervision and comprehensive general surgical care for inpatients and outpatients of all ages from newborn to elderly. Cases are frequently emergent and require immediate decisions for care. Incumbent functions as a general surgical consultant to medical personnel and to physicians and ancillary providers at all facilities which refer patients to PIMC. Participation in teaching programs is expected. Position reports to the Director of Inpatient Services.
