We are currently seeking full-time Physicians to join our team at Waterbury Hospital in Waterbury, Connecticut. We offer great resources and support for a high-quality work and life balance and endless growth opportunities. Waterbury Hospital is known for their high degree of patient complexity and acuity alongside a supportive medical staff. It has an academic style practice in a community setting. We are a 350-bed hospital with a 33-bed Emergency Department seeing 51,000 patients per year. We provide 44 hours of Physician coverage complemented with 38 hours of APC coverage and a scribe program available as needed. The ideal candidate would be Emergency Medicine residency trained and board certified by ABEM/ABOEM and be in possession of or eligible for medical licensure in the Commonwealth of Connecticut.
