Job Details
Pentucket Medical Associates (PMA) is seeking a full-time BC/BE Advanced Gastroenterologist to join their very reputable and busy department. The group is part of a large, multispecialty practice model, with nearly 60 physicians, plus by a robust team of Advanced Practitioners and Physician Assistants. The ideal candidate will be ERCP/EUS trained, but also available to practice general GI.
PMA is home of the Merrimack Valley Endoscopy Center, the areas leading resource for the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of gastrointestinal disorders. Their difference-making technologies, such as carbon dioxide insuflation, capsule endoscopy, and CO2 monitors are not available elsewhere in the region. They also offer specialized diagnostic and therapeutic procedures including colonoscopy, gastroscopy, small bowel enteroscopy, and esophageal dialation.
As a unit of Pentucket Medical, Merrimack Valley Endoscopy Center is part of an integrated healthcare system with a fully-equipped imaging center within the same building. The Haverhill, MA, practice is conveniently located approx. 30 minutes north of Boston.
PMA is part of the Partners HealthCare System, founded by Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women's Hospital.
