Retail Medicine Medical Director Jobs in Seattle, WA

Seattle, Washington - Seeking a physician executive to act as medical director for Swedish Express Care, providing leadership, management, and direction for activities for our retail clinics in the greater Seattle metro area. Full-time position. Generous compensation; comprehensive benefits. Some travel will be required. The new medical director will: * Oversee the Express Care clinics, working effectively with advanced practice clinicians (APCs). * Work with senior director, clinic medical directors (CMD) and management to integrate retail and primary care service lines. * Perform a mix of administrative functions and clinical patient care. * Research, develop and implement clinical best practices to support ongoing, continuous improvement efforts and provide "cross-pollination" among clinics. * Train and develop advanced practice clinicians to ensure that the highest quality of medicine and Swedish processes are met. * Participate in provider on-boarding and recruitment processes, assuring smooth transition into practice.
