Seeking academically-inclined Internist for 46-resident Internal Medicine Residency Program. Many opportunities for advancement including pathways to: Associate Program Director, Director of Research, or Director of GME.

Opportunity:

• Competitive Salary: $230,000 base plus potential for $30,000 annual incentive bonus, $20,000 sign-on bonus, and $100,000 in student loan or graduate study assistance
• Inpatient and outpatient responsibilities of pre-cepting and teaching residents in both the hospital and a continuity clinic
• Daily inpatient census of 16 Resident to Faculty ratio: 4-1 (in outpatient setting).
• Work with students from Penn State University and Drexel University Pursuit of personal academic interests Clinical-faculty appointment offered at Penn State/Hershey Monday-Friday day shift hours.

• Must have strong interest in clinical education Board Certified in Internal Medicine
