An emergency department located in Maine needs an emergency medicine physician who is able to provide 11 shifts of locum tenens coverage. This facility typically sees an annual volume around 12,000 patients where the locum will provide single coverage. This is a part-time opportunity where the locum will work 12-hour shifts on required dates, however, the locum may elect to work 24-hour shifts should s/he desire. Candidates for this position should be ACLS and PALS certified with a board certification to receive consideration. Family medicine and internal medicine physicians will also be considered for this assignment.
