As a Primary Care Physician with recent experience in an internal medicine, family medicine or urgent care setting, we would be privileged to talk with you. 

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to an adult population in busy primary care center.
• Order and interpret indicated diagnostic testing based upon evidence-based medicine and clinical practice guidelines.
• Be primarily responsible for general adult outpatient care, based on condition, wound care, chronic disease management, minor trauma, and some occupational medicine. 
• Participate in Community Outreach and Education.
• Exemplify great patient–physician collaboration and Staff Relations standards in all activities.
• Assume other duties and responsibilities that are appropriate to the position and area.

Desired Skills

• MD or DO degree and a current and unrestricted license to practice in the state of Connecticut.
• Board Certification or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Practice Medicine, or Emergency Medicine.  
• Preferably minimum of 2 years post residency experience.
• Experience with older adult patients is a plus.
• ACLS & PALS certified, DEA license required.
