FACULTY POSITION
DIVISION OF ENDOCRINOLOGY, DIABETES AND HYPERTENSION
BRIGHAM AND WOMEN’S HOSPITAL
HARVARD MEDICAL SCHOOL
The Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Hypertension at Brigham and Women’s Hospital seeks MD or MD/PhD candidates who are board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology for a full-time faculty position in the Neuroendocrine Program. In addition to a strong interest in clinical practice, candidates should have an interest in teaching, research, and serving as a mentor for trainees in the Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Hypertension. The major clinical role will be to provide outstanding endocrine care for patients in a multidisciplinary Pituitary Clinic that includes neuroendocrinology, neurosurgery, ENT, neuro-ophthalmology, neurology, neuro-oncology, radiation oncology, and neuropsychiatry. Desirable candidates should have evidence of relevant training and experience in caring for patients with neuroendocrine and pituitary disease, and would be expected to participate in and further build the inpatient and ambulatory neuroendocrine program. A research interest and research qualifications in an area related to neuroendocrinology/pituitary disease are desirable. Appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School will be commensurate with experience, training, and achievement.
