  • Multidisciplinary team members work closely and well together 
  • Consistent patient-first philosophy achieves excellent outcomes
  • Care for cardiac newborns through discharge –majority are cardiac surgical patients (no transplant)
  • Privademic Pediatric Cardiac Intensivist practice with clinical academic appointments 
  • Teaching Pediatric Critical Care fellows and Pediatric residents
  • Excellent opportunity for candidates who wish to do research
