Location: This historic and welcoming city in Northwestern Arkansas is the second largest city in the state! It combines natural beauty with southern sensibilities. 'It offers incredibly easy access to 8 other major metropolitan cities making this a super place to call home. 'There is a lower cost of living here and the compensation for medical providers is high enabling a comfortable lifestyle. 'Nice housing options from new construction to historic. 'Strong schools and plenty to keep you entertained from outdoor activities of all kinds, dining, shopping and sporting and music venues.'
Opportunity: Health system is seeking a Pulmonary/Critical Care specialist to join two others. 'This practice has been in the community for 15 years and is very successful and is expanding! 'There is a good mix of Pulm/CC here and no shortage of patients due to a very strong referral base and community need. 'The hospital has a residency program so involvement with students is available if desired. 'ICU call coverage 1:3.
Compensation: This is an employed position to include base salary & productivity incentives, full employee benefits to include health, retirement and malpractice coverage, sign on and/or commencement bonus, CME, relocation, PTO, license expenses and possible stipend for the remainder of training, medical student loan repayment assistance as well.
