The Cardiology service line at the Northwell Health System is seeking an experienced Critical Care director to join our team at Lenox Hill Hospital. The candidates must be fellowship trained, and Board Certified in Critical Care. Primary board certifications must include Cardiology.  Candidates graduating from their sub-specialty training will also be considered depending upon their Critical Care experience during fellowship training. The ideal candidate should also carry exceptional inter-personal skills with a goal of sharing a vision of unparalleled delivery of care through teamwork, collaboration, innovation, and persistence for excellence.

Salary Disclosure

Full-time clinical base compensation at Northwell Health ranges from $125K to $750K, which is impacted by various factors, including but not limited to physician specialty, level of experience, quality of care, academic accomplishments, patient experience and productivity. The base compensation range listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
