Locum Tenens Urgent Care Physician Job in North Carolina - CPH# JOB-2328987

We have an exciting, locum tenens, urgent care physician opportunity now available in North Carolina. You should be comfortable with suturing, lacerations, I&D, and high acuity patients. The patient panel will be all outpatient - 85% are adult and 15% are pediatric. You should have an active NC license in hand. Your assignment schedule will be 2-4 consecutive days per week from 11:00am to 11:00pm and physician will see 2-3 patients per hour. As the covering physician, you must be board certified or board eligible and have an active and unrestricted NC license. Locum tenens doctors deliver highly valued services in community health centers, health professional shortage areas, low-income districts, and other urban locations in need. They also visit patients in remote locations and rural farm communities whose access to doctors would otherwise be infrequent at best.
