- Must be BC or BC/BE within 5 years of residency training
- 2 provider practice; office located in Medical Office Building attached to the hospital
- Employed position plus productivity, loan reimbursement and relocation'
- 7 weeks Paid Time Off including vacation, sick, holiday, CME
- $3000 per year CME'
- Call 1:2
