Full Time Family Physician for Large Public Health and Hospital System in Silicon Valley

Santa Clara Valley Medical Center (SCVMC), a large public teaching hospital, affiliated with Stanford University School of Medicine, in San Jose CA, is seeking a full-time BC/BE family physician to join our Department of Family Medicine and our dynamic primary care practice at our Valley Health Center-Milpitas.

SCVMC is the main hospital for the Santa Clara Valley Health and Hospital System, which in turn is the second largest County-owned health system in California, including a large primary care network with nine primary care health centers, wide-ranging specialty care services, a large behavioral health department, and a health plan.  

Our health center in Milpitas is located in the northeast part of Silicon Valley, 45 miles southeast of San Francisco, and 40 miles north of the Monterey Bay.  In general, Silicon Valley offers one of the most diverse selections of cultural, recreational, and lifestyle opportunities in the nation.  

VHC-Milpitas offers comprehensive primary care services including Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Ob-Gyn and Behavioral Health.   Our Family Medicine practice there serves the full range of primary care patients, including children and pregnant women.
