Behavioral Health Medical Director

Dover, NH

Wentworth-Douglass Hospital (WDH), an Affiliate of the Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) is seeking a Behavioral Health Medical Director who will be responsible for the clinical and administrative oversight of all behavioral health programs across the Wentworth-Douglass Health System, including the hospital, Emergency Department, Primary Care sites, and Great Bay Mental Health.

The Medical Director will spend approximately five hours a week on administrative tasks such as program development, strategic planning, policy and protocol development, and committee work. Approximately 35 hours a week will be providing clinical care including medication management to patients of Great Bay Mental Health and the WHP integrated behavioral health program. Clinical/quality oversight will also be given to all behavioral health providers through supervision and case review.

Requirements:
Must be Board certified in Adult Psychiatry
