A hospital in North Carolina is looking for a gastroenterologist who is able to provide locum tenens coverage on an ongoing basis. This position combines inpatient and outpatient responsibilities where the locum will see 20 patients per day with no critical care, ICU, or code response duties required. Required procedures on this assignment will be ERCP, EMR, EGD, and colonoscopy. This is a full-time opportunity where the locum will work 8am - 5pm with alternating night, weekend, and call coverage. Candidates for this position must be BLS and ACLS certified to be considered.
