Western Connecticut Medical Group is seeking a full-time Thoracic Surgeon at Norwalk Hospital in Norwalk, CT, located about 50 miles northeast of New York City. This is an excellent opportunity with leadership potential to develop a network wide program for Thoracic Surgical Oncology.

The ideal candidate will be board certified in thoracic surgery and have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience. This is an employed position with a highly competitive compensation package, including allowances for CMEs and Dues expenses and relocation.

Western Connecticut Health Network includes Norwalk, Danbury, and New Milford Hospitals in addition to our Medical Group, which has over 70 outpatient practice locations. Norwalk Hospital has 366 beds and is also a Level II Trauma Center with approximately 50,000 ED visits per year. As a teaching hospital, we are associated with the Yale University School of Medicine, New York Medical College, and Ross University School of Medicine. Our Medical Group includes 400+ physicians and 140+ advanced practice providers, serving a geographically broad region throughout Western Connecticut and eastern New York.
