Department of Surgery, Brigham and Women's Hospital. Brigham and Women's Hospital is seeking an academic and clinical leader to serve as the Chief of the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Professor of Surgery at Harvard Medical School. In this capacity, the candidate must be a board-certified plastic surgeon who is particularly qualified in the care of patients with complex reconstructive problems, actively involved in reconstructive research, demonstrated ability to both build and strengthen plastic clinical and educational programs, and to foster collaboration across specialties and institutional borders. The candidate must have well-developed leadership, management, and organizational skills; the candidate's work in the area of reconstructive surgery must be recognized nationally and internationally as evidenced by publications, leadership roles in scholarly societies, and a regional, national, and international patient referral base.
