Physiatrist - Hingham, Massachusetts

The Center for Orthopedics, Spine, and Sport Medicine in Hingham, Massachusetts  and the South Shore Health System have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced physiatrist and electro diagnostician to work with several large primary care groups, pain management, radiology, and spine surgical services.

Position Summary:

Responsible for providing comprehensive clinical services at the Spine Center and other South Shore Health System (SSHS) practices. Primary responsibility will be to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic pain. Duties will include Administrative and Clinical Management and Program Development and Marketing.

Position Requirements:

•Board Eligible or Certified, American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Eligible for certification or certified in EMG/NCS diagnostic testing with AANEM.
•Maintain a minimum of 12 hours of Category I Continuing Medical Education (CME) every two years in back and spine care.
•Successful completion of fellowship training for those planning to carry out an interventional spine practice.     
•Fulfill all requirements necessary to maintain medical licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
