Join a provider-led, multispecialty group practice that is part of a financially strong and stable health system and clinical affiliate of Massachusetts General Hospital. Foundation Medical Partners, located in Nashua, New Hampshire is looking for a BC/BE Infectious Disease Physician interested in becoming a member of an established, thriving practice with a large referral base. The practice is 100% ID with both inpatient and outpatient consultations, travel clinic, HIV care. Teaching opportunities are available. Call is 1:5.

The coverage area includes both the Greater Manchester and Nashua areas. Foundation Medical Partners is a 300-provider multispecialty group practice affiliated with Southern New Hampshire Medical Center, a 188-bed community hospital. Nashua is located less than one hour north of Boston and is also less than one hour from the ocean and mountains and has excellent schools in the surrounding communities.
