A hospital in Michigan is looking for a psychiatist who is available to provide coverage on a three-month locum tenens assignment. This position is for inpatient call coverage where the loum will round on 10 patients and admit patients as necessary (1 - 3 possible per day). Patients seen will be mostly adults with some geriatric patients possible as well. Applicants for this position should be board certified in psychiatry or board eligible within the last five years since completing a residency program. Candidates must also be BLS certified. The EMR used at this facility is Epic with dictation functionality.
