BayCare Medical Group has an excellent opportunity for a Palliative Care Physician working to provide palliative medicine as part of an established interdisciplinary team in the inpatient setting at St. Joseph’s  Hospital – Main Campus located in Tampa, Florida. 

Opportunity: The physician will see patients with serious, life limiting illness; multiple chronic conditions; complex medical and psycho-social-family issues; often terminally ill, for an established program.  At present, call available by phone on an as needed basis.

Qualifications:
Position Requires: Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Hospice and Palliative Medicine along with active board certification through one of the co-sponsoring boards. Physicians with experience in a consultative Palliative Medicine program will be considered so long as they possess a certificate of added qualifications in Palliative Medicine.
