Academic Gastroenterologist - Therapeutic Endoscopy Opportunity in Southern California
Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group, Division of Gastroenterology, is seeking a Gastroenterologist with a focus in Therapeutic Endoscopy.
The ideal candidate will have completed a formal 4th-year fellowship training program, or have at least several years practice experience and be skilled in ERCP and EUS among other procedures. We are particularly interested in expanding our bariatric endoscopy program.
Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group is affiliated with Loma Linda University Medical Center, Children’s Hospital, and School of Medicine with the mission is to deliver whole-person care at a world-class level of clinical excellence. The Medical Center and Children’s Hospital has one of the largest academic teaching and clinical programs in the United States and serves a population of approximately 3.5 million people.
Loma Linda University is located East of Los Angeles known as the Inland Empire. The beaches of Newport, Laguna, and Malibu are only 60-90 minutes to the West, with superb swimming, sunbathing, surfing, and sailing. Also 60 minutes to the West is downtown Los Angeles, with its top-quality restaurants, world-renowned museums, opera, and other cultural opportunities. The Big Bear Mountain Ski resort is about a one-hour drive from LLU. The golf courses, shopping, and spas of Palm Springs are a 60-minute drive to the East, and World-class Mammoth Mountain resort is a six-hour drive to the North.
