Practice Information

• Provide care for nursing home residents at three facilities in the area, and have a clinical practice at the geriatric assessment center and memory clinic
• Practice in newly renovated, state-of-the-art nursing homes and facilities
• Flexible practice options allows provider to perform outpatient or inpatient medicine if desired
• Join a collegial environment among a physician-owned group with partnership and leadership opportunities available
• Walk into a well-established practice and work with an experienced Geriatric Nurse Practitioner
• Ability to be academically affiliated with the University of Wisconsin at Madison
• Capability to be recognized by the Alzheimer's Institute
