The Alaska Native Medical Center (ANMC) seeks a BC/BE Internal Medicine Physician to join our growing team. As a Level II Trauma center, the highest trauma designation in Alaska, ANMC serves as the tertiary referral center for Alaska Native and American Indian people from across the entire state and is the only Magnet designated facility for nursing excellence in Alaska. Our unique patient population, cohesive team, and breathtaking location make this a one-of-a-kind practice opportunity!

Our team provides 24/7 coverage for adult inpatients; 8- and 12-hour shifts, including a swing shift physician dedicated to admissions; 7on/7off; rotation to night shift every three months; 24 weeks/168 shifts per year; exposure to a wide variety of pathologies with the opportunity to perform procedures; average day shift workload of 17 patients; closed ICU managed by Critical Care/Pulmonary Intensivists.
