Highly desirable northern New Jersey location, 40 minutes from NYC. Work out of one teaching hospital affiliated with Internal Medicine Residency Program; no cross coverage for any other facility. Looking for enthusiasts who are interested in working alongside Residents. Flexible block shift scheduling - you choose. 5 On/5 off, 7 on/7 off, or alternate monthly depending on your preference. Day shifts only; in-house Nocturnists being developed. Great work life balance - no call. Open ICU. No procedures, code blue obligations, or vent management required. If you would like to do procedures, you can apply for privileges. Employed position will provide an excellent salary of $180,000 plus quality bonus and extensive benefit package including Malpractice with paid tail coverage, CME stipend, 401k, dental, vision, and health insurance.
