Job Details

  Geisinger Health System is seeking a Retina trained Ophthalmologist to fill a rewarding position in the Department of Ophthalmology. This position provides an opportunity to join a well-established practice with multi-specialty Ophthalmologists and Optometrists.

 

About this position:

·Advanced technologies in diagnostic FA, Fundus Camera, HVF, Goldman Field, IOL Master, Immersion, OCT, Pachymetry, and Topography

·Treatment options, including SLT Laser , YAG Laser, Argon Laser

·Two surgical facilities- one on our main campus and the other at our nearby outpatient surgery center

· Support from two PA-C's and one CRNP

· New practice location will have 50 exam rooms located near outpatient surgery center

· Shared call (home call)

· A large referral base from our onsite Optometrists, local Ophthalmologists and physicians in our satellite offices
