Hospitalist/Nocturnist

Cooley Dickinson Hospital, a dynamic 140-bed community hospital in Western Massachusetts affiliated with Massachusetts General Hospital, is currently seeking BC/BE IM or FM physicians to join its established and collaborative Hospitalist group.

Full-time employment for our daytime hospitalists requires an average of four shifts (40 hours) per week; nocturnist position requires an average of three shifts (36 hours) per week. Our group is scheduled with variable block lengths, maintaining continuity of patient care and offering maximum schedule flexibility for our physicians.

Compensation includes competitive base salary + incentive, paid malpractice, and a comprehensive benefits package including six weeks of paid time off and one week of paid CME leave.
