An addiction treatment center in Texas seeks an addiction medicine physician who is able to work a three-month locum tenens assignment. This position will task the locum with seeing new patients, conducting follow-up visits, and prescribe Vivtrol and Buprenorphine as needed. Patients seen at this facility will be between 18 - 64 years of age. On the job the locum will have the assistance of NPs, counselors, and phlebotomists. Candidates for this position must be comfortable prescribing medication to receive consideration. This assignment has full-time hours where the locum will work 8am - 4pm Monday - Thursday with a shift of 8am - 2pm on Friday.
