An Indiana facility is in immediate need of a locums pain management physician. This is a long term opportunity. The physician needs to be pain fellowship trained and pain and anesthesia board certified. All those interested in a temp to perm opportunity should apply. Candidates will need an active Indiana license and CS permit. There is no CRNA supervision, call, or weekends. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30 or 5pm.
