Novant Health Hallmark Care is seeking an experienced BC Family Medicine physician to join a unique and growing practice in the Charlotte, NC area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced physician to provide personalized health care for their patients and their families. The practice model offers proactive and preventative care for patients and lower volumes for physicians. This personal care model provides wellness and primary care including disease management, along with  specialty care, nutrition and exercise consults available in-house.

Hallmark Care is located in a newly designed office in the South Park area of Charlotte. Charlotte, NC offers plentiful urban and suburban attractive living, shopping, fine dining, professional sports, cultural festivals, concerts, public and private schools, universities, and more.
