North Shore-LIJ Health System’s Behavioral Health Service Line is seeking Attending Psychiatrists to join the newly-formed Lenox Hill Behavioral Health Hospitalist team. 

Preference will be given to candidates interested in Full-Time or Part-Time positions.

Moonlighters are welcome to apply, but must commit to Sunday-Thursday overnight at least twice per month. Board eligibility/certification and strong EMR skills are required.

Behavioral Health Hospitalist service:.

  • Staff 5PM-9AM daily, 9AM-5PM shifts on weekends (including holidays)
  • Provide coverage in the Emergency Department, Inpatient Psychiatry and Inpatient CL Units
  • Provide TelePsychiatry to regional NSLIJ Emergency Departments, spanning New York City and Long Island
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package for FT/PT
  • Excellent per diem rates for moonlighters
