Pulmonary/Critical Care Medicine Physician Opportunity

Looking for BC/BE Pulmonary Medicine/Critical Care physician. Hospital is seeking two CCM physicians for a 7 on / 7 off schedule. Has a 14-bed ICU and 10-bed CSR with potential to grow. There is a flush benefits suite and an excellent comp package; this can include loan repayment and student stipends.'

Hospital has two campus locations. The 258-bed main hospital was founded in 1938 by the Sisters of Charity of Saint Augustine to minister to the community, in body, mind and spirit. The facility is best known its expertise in cardiac care and serves as a nationally-recognized referral center for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular disease. The facility has been recognized 17 reporting periods in a row with the top rating by the Society of Cardiothoracic Surgeons.

The second hosptial is a 75-bed fully-functioning specialty hospital. Since its recent renovation, the hospital has earned recognition as an Aetna Institute of Quality' Orthopedic Care Facility for total joint replacement surgery as well as BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina's Blue Distinction accolade.

Founded in 1786, area is known for the three rivers that converge in the city, the Saluda, the Broad and the Congaree. The metropolitan area includes both Lexington and Richland counties. The area is also home to Fort Jackson, the largest and most active Initial Entry Training Center in the United States Army.
