Job Details

  Research Scientist I: Geisinger Clinic, Danville, PA.  Conduct collaborative lab experiments / data analysis related to specific translational and evidence based research projects in clinical & diagnostic microbiology in the Center for Infectious Disease Diagnostics & Research.  Reqs: PhD (or for. Equiv) in Microbiology, Immunology, or related and 2 yrs post-doc exp. in translational and clinical microbio research, incl. clinical and diagnostic microbio and immunology.  Exp must include planning & carrying out clinical tests in a GCP, CAP, & CLIA-certified, & HIPAA-regulated human subject research environment.  Position req’s weekend/evening coverage & on-call as assigned.  Apply to: Grace Lowry at gblowry@geisinger.edu.  Use Job Code: DH
