Job Details
We are currently helping a facility in north central Pennsylvania that is in need of an internal medicine physician to assist with locum tenens coverage. Your assignment schedule will be Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, and you will see 18-22 patients per day on average. As the covering doctor, you will need have a current PA license. This facility offers family health services provided by family medicine physician and specialists in internal medicine, pediatrics, and nephrology. Primary healthcare services, special health services, and educational programs are available through the health centers. Other assignment requirements include basic outpatient procedures and EMR charting. More than 40,000 physicians work locum tenens assignments annually at facilities in all 50 states.
