Established and respected multispecialty practice needs an outpatient Internal Medicine Physician to join our team of healthcare professionals in one of the well-established medical practices in Ellington and Vernon. ABOUT YOU:
  • Board certified or board eligible Internal Medicine physician
  • Connecticut licensed
  • Federal DEA/Connecticut controlled substance licensed (or eligible)
  • Preferably one year of experience in a Primary Care office setting but welcome residency trained
