Medical Doctor Associates (MDA) is seeking Locums coverage for a Board Certified Pediatric Anesthesiologist, in Fresno CA.



Coverage needs are as follows: June 12-16, June 19-23 , July 17-21, July 24-28, August 21-25, August 28-Sept 1...THEY WILL VERY LIKELY WANT TO ADD MOST OF ALL OF THESE WEEKS, May 22-26 Memorial Day week, May 30-June 2, June 5-9, June 26-30, July 3-7 Independence Day week, July 10-14, July 31-August 4, August 7-11, August 14-18, September 5-8

Holidays are New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.

Providers must include any past/present or on going malpractice cases and investigations.



Facility shifts are 8 hours from 7a to 3p.  Credentialing takes 2-3 months, and must confirm by March. A typical presentation will include the following; however initial conversation with submission of CV and availability to MDA is a great starting point:  CV, 2 peer references, details on EMR experience,CA license copy, availability, malpractice history, and any details of NPDB or license action.
