The Respiratory Institute (RI) is recruiting Pulmonary and/or Critical Care Physicians for Cleveland Clinic Akron General in Akron, Ohio. This 532 bed tertiary academic referral center is the hub for the Southern Region for Cleveland Clinic and is a level one trauma center. The Akron division of the RI is seeking motivated pulmonary and critical care physicians who are interested in a cutting edge practice including disease specific ambulatory clinics, an inpatient pulmonary consultation service, interventional pulmonology, sleep medicine, and multi-specialty critical care experience. We offer the opportunity to teach medical students and residents and, if desired, the ability to engage in clinical research. As an integrated group within the RI, physicians are encouraged to avail themselves of educational and collaborative opportunities at Cleveland Clinic main campus.
