Program Medical Director ? Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine

Group is seeking an experienced Pulmonary and Critical Care physician to lead a team of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine Physicians providing direct inpatient care and implement high quality program.

  • Clinical experience as a Pulmonary and Critical Care Physician
  • Demonstrate previous leadership and management skills
  • Comprehend physician services documentation and coding compliance requirements
  • Understand techniques of financial decision making
  • Experienced in physician recruitment and retention practices and quality improvement initiatives
  • Developing and implementing evidence based protocols, practice guidelines, and order sets that form the core of TIGs intensivist program
  • Defining and managing work allocation and work flow processes of program clinical and physician staff
