Join this very established Health System looking to add a full time psychiatrist to cover the inpatient and outpatient units at this highly rated hospital in Austin, TX. This facility has a 30 bed PICU, 28 bed geriatric, detox and low acuity crisis unit, and an outpatient facility which includes partial hospitalized group therapy and an intensive outpatient program.

The current staff includes 100 clinical employees and 37 non clinical. The facility has very little turn over. Each unit has 3 social workers, 3 technicians, and 2 RNS. The facility has 2 Psychiatrists who have been at the hospital since it opened. The incoming physician will manage 10-14 inpatients per day and help cover the outpatient unit for a few hours 3 days a week.
