Summary:
- Start date: October 31st, 2016 with 3 months of coverage needs
- Shift info: 3 consecutive days per week
- 16-20 patients per day
- No call, no weekends
- EMR: EPIC
- Travel and accommodations are covered
- Must be BC/BE IM or FM
