Locum Tenens Hospitalist Needed in Arizona, No Call - CPH# JOB-2310282

We are helping our client, an award-winning facility in Arizona that is searching for a hospitalist to assist with locum tenens coverage. A hospitalist comfortable with central lines and intubations is preferred, but not required. ICU is required for this assignment, and all specialty support staff is available. Hospitalist responds to codes with assistance from ED doctor. Your schedule will be 7-14 shifts per month, from 6:00am to 6:00pm, 6:00pm to 6:00am, or 3:00pm to 12:00am, and no call will be required. You will see 15-20 patients per day on average and 10-12 admits per night. You should be board certified or board eligible in internal medicine or family medicine. All types of facilities use locum tenens doctors to relieve physician burnout, maintain patient satisfaction, and stay fully staffed during busy times, or while searching for a permanent doctor.
