Job Details
A California-based facility is currently seeking a general surgeon to assist with locum tenens coverage. Assignment schedule is 7 nights per month, 12 hour in-house shift from 7:00pm to 7:00am, and physician will see 0-6 patients per night. Covering physician must be board certified or board eligible and have an active and unrestricted ATLS. Assignment requirements include GS surgeries and trauma. A backup surgeon and anesthesiologist are available for support. Ideal physician has an active CA license in hand.
