Medical Director Openings

Arbour-Fuller Hospital (South Attleboro, MA) is seeking a full-time Medical Director. The qualified candidate must be a board-certified psychiatrist who functions as an important part of the leadership team. The Medical Director will assure the overall quality of the Hospitals’ patient care services including, but not limited to, oversight of the medical staff in providing services efficiently and effectively.

Associate Medical Director Openings

Lowell Treatment Center (Lowell, MA) is seeking a full-time Associate Medical Director who will also serve as an attending psychiatrist on either the adolescent or adult unit.

The Quincy Center (Quincy, MA) is seeking a full-time Associate Medical Director with a specialty in addictions for Dual Diagnosis and Partial Hospitalization Programs located at the Quincy Mental Health Center. This individual will serve as the attending psychiatrist on the inpatient unit as well as oversee the adult partial hospitalization program. This is an excellent opportunity for a psychiatrist to lead a multi-disciplinary team and work with senior leadership to develop programs for those with psychiatric and addiction disorders.

The ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent clinical leadership skills, a commitment to effective and efficient care of patients, positive customer and team satisfaction, and the ability to work and lead collaborative multidisciplinary teams. This position requires no weeknight or weekend call. Any voluntarily-scheduled call for weeknights or weekends is at extra compensation. The Associate Medical Director comes with a highly competitive compensation and benefits package, which includes: reimbursed malpractice insurance, health and dental insurance, paid time off, continuing education allowance, and a 401K with company matched portion.

Inpatient Psychiatrist Openings

Arbour Health System has openings for attending psychiatrists in several of our inpatient locations. All patient care is provided in a multidisciplinary treatment setting with a treatment team of psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, mental health counselors, and other therapists. These positions require no weeknight or weekend call. Any voluntarily-scheduled call for weeknights or weekends is at extra compensation. We offer a competitive salary and full benefits package. The work schedule is Monday through Friday.

Doctor On Call/Moonlighting  Opportunities

Psychiatrists are needed to provide weeknight and weekend coverage. Duties include managing patient admissions and addressing urgent medical concerns. The positions offer a base salary with additional compensation based upon productivity and there is flexible scheduling which can include one day per week coverage to full-time hours. Salaried, benefitted positions are available at various locations.

Partial Hospitalization Program Psychiatrist Openings

Full- and part-time positions are available for psychiatrists to work in the Adult Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP). Primary job requirements include admission evaluations, and medication management. Programs operate Monday through Friday with scheduling flexibility. Current openings are at Arbour-Fuller Hospital, South Attleboro, MA; Arbour-HRI Hospital, Brookline, MA; and The Quincy Center, Quincy, MA.

Outpatient Psychiatrist Openings
