RHEUMATOLOGIST

 

Geisinger Health System is seeking a BC/BE Rheumatologist to join our department at Geisinger-Patton Forest Clinic in State College, PA. The ideal candidate will be a superb clinician who is patient-centric, dedicated to service and quality, and wishes to have a balanced lifestyle.

 

Our Rheumatology Department in State College includes 3 physicians and a nurse practitioner. We are based in our State College office (Patton Forest), but also perform outreach services to nearby Geisinger Groups including Lewistown, Philipsburg and Huntingdon. We see a wide variety of Rheumatic conditions. We have an active Osteoporosis program (High Risk Osteoporosis Clinic: HiROC), interpret DXA scans and recently added Musculoskeletal Ultrasound to our practice.

-Includes an excellent osteoporosis practice that utilizes a Mobile DXA service
