Geisinger Health System is recruiting BC/BE Gynecologic Oncologists to our growing multi-disciplinary team at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center, located in Wilkes-Barre, PA.

 

Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center (GWV), is an acute care hospital that is licensed for 274 beds, and houses the only Level II Trauma Center in Luzerne County. The campus includes the Frank M. and Dorothea Henry Cancer Center, The Richard and Marion Pearsall Heart Hospital, the Janet Weis Children’s Hospital Pediatric Unit and Level III NICU, a transplant program and the Brain & Spine Tumor Institute.

The Women’ Health Division is a growing team consisting of 58 healthcare providers, including 4 Gynecologic Oncologists and 6 Maternal Fetal medicine physicians Our program is fully-accredited by the ACS, affiliated with NCCTG (Mayo Clinic), ECOG, RTOB, and NSABP, member of NRG and interacts closely with our Medical Oncology and Radiation Oncology Departments. Robotics are also available. This academic/clinical position joins our faculty overseeing resident and medical student education.
