Portland, Oregon - The Providence Brain & Spine Institute and a well-established private practice are partnering to bring a fellowship-trained Stereotactic and Functional Neurosurgeon to build a new Stereotactic and Functional Neurosurgery program. The position will be split between medical directorship, clinical duties and research with a heavy emphasis on clinical work. Will also take general neurosurgery call. The Providence Brain & Spine Institute is a renowned neuroscience center focused on leading neurological innovative care models and clinical research. The Institute specializes in stroke and acute rehab, neurosurgery, orthopedic spine, MS, dementia, ALS, epilepsy and other clinical and research programs. The Institute is partnered with the broader Providence Medical Group (PMG) representing more than 70 clinics across this diverse and scenic state. PMG's 550-plus Oregon providers have a wide range of clinical expertise, including Family and Internal Medicine, Women's Health, Dermatology, General Surgery, Neurology and Hospital Medicine.
