Job Details
Provider is needed as soon as possible, and will work any of (6) shifts that are scheduled for a total of 80 hours per two week period.
Facility hours are Monday though Friday, weekends and holidays 8am to 9pm. Pay is negotiable. Number of patients seen per 12 hour shift is roughly 20-30. A typical presentation will include the following; however initial conversation with submission of CV and availability to MDA is a great starting point: CV, 2 peer references, details on EMR experience, NM license copy, availability, malpractice history, and any details of NPDB or license action.
